KOKI TECHNIK has developed and produced lightweight transmission components in steel and aluminium for more than 20 years. The prospective emission regulations and eMobility demands require a huge leap in terms of weight reduction. In the past composites for high load applications were significantly more expensive than aluminium. Furthermore the strength of plastics has broken down at temperatures over 90 °C.

CarNaTrix^® is our unique technology to design a composite matrix and produce it in high volumes. The resulting high tech products are up to 50 % lighter and cheaper than the comparable aluminium design.
